BahnCard 100 holders can use all local public transport in the Dresden tariff zone (TZ 10) for any number of journeys (except for funicular railways).

In 128 cities and towns, the Deutsche Bahn (DB) City Ticket is included in the respective tariff area for discount-price and flexi-price tickets for long-distance travel of more than 100 kilometres, thus enabling rail travellers to use both long-distance and local transport with just one ticket.

This means you have the City Ticket function included on all discount-price and flexi-price DB tickets for long-distance transport, Europe discount-price tickets, and international flexi-price tickets.
