First apply for a customer card, then use the tickets
Pupils, trainees and volunteers can only use the BildungsTicket (subscription) and discounted weekly and (subscription) monthly tickets with a valid customer card. Apply here for a digital customer card, which replaces the previous paper customer card. The digital customer card will be sent to you by e-mail after your details have been checked.
Please have the following documents ready:
- Pupils up to their 15th birthday
Photo of the customer card holder
Proof of the discount (school ID (front and back) or confirmed certificate of entitlement to a school discount (PDF)) is required 90 days before your 15th birthday so that you do not have to apply for two customer cards within a short period of time.
- Pupils from 15th birthday
